Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Change of Mind

We accept returns on unused items within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Returned in original packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

We will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on:

  • Used candles
  • Burned or altered products
